A prestigious estate agents in the Northwood are looking to employ an experienced SENIOR SALES MANAGER or BRANCH MANAGER to run their office. You will need to be a strong valuer/ Lister for this position and good all round estate agent, with experience of working at the top-end of the market at management level.

Key Skills:
- The position will require a professional and articulate individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales.
- You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs.
- You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills.
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 years Management experience in residential sales.
- You will know the importance of delivering good customer service at all times.
- You will need a full driving licence
- Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to sales progress property transactions and sell homes to potential buyers.
