SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR – SALES NEGOTIATOR – ESTATE AGENT- SANDERSTEAD – UP TO £23K BASIC DOE , UP TO £40K OTE DOE
Our client is a successful independent Estate Agent in Sanderstead. They are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator who is enthusiastic, driven and wants to be recognised for their hard work. You will help drive the business forward and increase your earnings whilst doing so.

BASIC SALARY up to £23k DOE + UP TO £40K OTE DOE
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy to take the initiative
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Good telephone manner
- Full UK clean driving licence
The role will also involve:
- Dealing with inquiries
- Booking appointments
- Carrying out viewings
- Booking market appraisals
- Updating and maintaining websites
- General office administration.
- Valuing & Listing if Senior level
To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence.
