PROPERTY MANAGER OR TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER – HIGH WYCOMBE – UP TO £23K DOE

FULL TIME POSITION AS A PROPERTY MANAGER: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 6pm and Saturday Rota, 9- 5 (currently one in 3, but contracted every other)

An exciting opportunity to join an established lettings and property management team based in High Wycombe has arisen. The role is for a Property Manager or Trainee Property Manager, based in the High Wycombe Lettings office. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but some experience in a property environment is desirable.

The main responsibilities as a Property Manager will include:

  • Day to day property maintenance issues
  • Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are fully aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
  • Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
  • Invoicing management and processing
  • Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
  • Booking check ins/outs & inventories
  • Maintain the effective administration of the DPS scheme
  • Booking inspections and conducting property visits
  • Dealing with contract renewals and extensions
  • Deposit returns, negotiation between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages
  • Compliance with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
  • Exceptional client service levels
  • Attending managed properties where required to assess maintenance issues
  • General office administration and diary management
