My client – is a well-established and well-known market leading Estate Agency with a fantastic reputation who are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer/Lister to join their team in Woking. You will be working in an extremely busy office concentrating purely on this role with no other distractions, you really need to love listing, as you will be doing a lot of it!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting valuations
  • Winning listings/gaining new instructions
  • Keeping in regular contact with vendors and buyers
  • Converting Valuations
  • Representing the company brand and promoting the company’s services

Requirements for the role:

  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Excellent knowledge of the local property market
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed/achieve results
  • Target-driven
  • Ability to close for business
